What They Needed

Jones Apartment Management oversees seven apartment complexes in Texas. With hundreds of residents in their buildings in San Antonio, Fort Worth and Austin, Jones Apartment Management needed a large site capable helping market the properties as well as serving both the informational and functional online needs of their residents and communities. They needed a online platform which communicated both to potential residents as well as current residents. We built & launched the web site with careful attention to the needs and goals of the client.

What We Did

We built one multi-functional ( marketing, information & communication ) main site and seven sub-sites ( marketing & management to residential portal ), one for each apartment complex. The main site offers sales information to prospective customers as well as a login access area where current residents can communicate with their apartment managers directly. The hub of micro websites offer a wealth of information to prospective residents including a photo gallery, amenities list, floor plan graphics and links to reviews.

The Result

It is always a great feeling when you know that a site you have designed is helping hundreds of people. Both residents and prospective residents of Jones Apartment Management properties use their site every day. More than just flat informational brochure site, users see the site as a platform for communication, a medium to have their needs met.
