What They Needed

Bls Painting's work was high quality and their clients were in some of Austin’s most exclusive homes and neighborhoods. Their marketing however, did not reflect the modern aesthetic quality of interior design that BLS was known for. 

What We Did

S Collective began with a new logo design featuring bright colors and a modern style. The next step was to design a website that properly showcased the quality of their work. Photos of beautiful home interiors with bright, bold colors were placed at the top of the website pages. An introductory video hosted by a young attractive woman introduced visitors to BLS painting in a warm conversational manner. S Collective employed some very creative technology on the BLS website, an application that allows visitors to enter information about their home and get a cost estimate for painting. This has been extremely well received by customers and the client as well. BLS offers high quality work and their pricing reflects that quality. Customers have a good idea what the service costs before contacting them, and BLS is able to pre-qualify their customers.   

The most effective marketing feature on the website was the personal testimonials from customers.Several videos presented commercial and consumer customers speaking about BLS painting in their own words. The natural, authentic nature of these video testimonials has been extremely successful. Numerous customers sited the videos as a determining factor in calling BLS painting. 

The Result

BLS has enjoyed a significant increase in qualified leads for their services resulting in a substantial return on their investment.
