Eric Winchester
Co-founder | Business Development
Eric Winchester co-founded S Collective in 2006. His background includes business development, marketing and front-end engineering. He currently performs project management and sales. Sitting down in a boardroom with Eric you quickly learn he's very passionate about how business growth and technology are fundamentally tied together. His mind never stops exploring business opportunities. He is a gifted marketing professional with the instincts of an entrepreneur. It's a unique combination that is really hard to find.
Scott McGregor
Project Manager
Scott has years of experience is sales, management, and advertising. His primary role at S Collective is project management. Scott brings a positive, high energy, get things done attitude to every project he takes on. He also brings over a decade of video production experience and so he's often asked to take on the copywriting, editing, or video production role. Scott also plays a key role in our sister company, How It Works Media, developing concepts, writing, and editing our creative, animated video projects.
Mark McDermott
Sr. Front End Developer | System Admin
Mark is S Collective’s senior front end developer. He has a passion for everything web, and everything code. From xHTML, CSS, Javascript to Rails, Mark makes our projects come to life. His relentless effort for byte perfect development may go unnoticed by those not in the industry but we sit back in awe of his ability to develop perfection. Mark has worked on almost every content management system you can name and specializes in ecommerce development. Passing by his workstation, you'll notice he's usually in an electronic music induced coding trance.
Hamid Bani-Saaid
Co-founder | Creative Director
Golden Rule Meets Golden Ratio: Often enough the best designers let their work speak for them, and ours is no different. Don't let his understated nature fool you though, beneath the hair is a true aesthetic sense and passion for design. Hamid's efforts have always been directed creatively; whether music or web development, he applies an unparalleled standard for "finished." Hamid also co-founded S Collective in 2006.
